Chi (Michael) Chen is a Senior Fellow of the Fox Leadership Program and Fox Leadership International (FLI). He received an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a graduate degree in Public Policy and Management from Tsinghua University in China. During his years at Tsinghua University, he was involved in a wide variety of programs, activities and initiatives. He also led a team of 382 volunteers for Beijing's 2008 Olympics at the International Broadcast Center. He previously worked for the School of International Affairs at Penn State University as a visiting scholar, and consulted with a variety of companies and governments in McKinsey and Company's Beijing Office. Currently, Chi Chen is an MBA student at the Wharton School.
